Who are we?

A message from our President:

Hello Earhart Families,

On behalf of the PTO Executive Board, we welcome back the Earhart community. We are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers and admin who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. The PTO works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for the students, teachers and parents.

AEE PTO uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support students and staff. We are looking forward to meeting all Earhart families and hope many of you get involved with our PTO this school year. We encourage you to not only join our organization; but participate in our many events as well. Everything we do is based on volunteers and we are always looking for many of you to help to make a difference in the lives of our children.

How to Get Involved:

  1. Complete the Volunteer Sign Up form.

  2. Like us on Facebook and Instagram.

  3. Attend a meeting.

Thank you in advance for your dedication and commitment to making a difference. Please contact me with any questions or if you would like to find out how you can help.

I am so excited to take on the President position for the second year. I have been involved in my children's school since 2009 and on the AEEPTO board since 2017. I love having the opportunity to give back to the students and teachers. I have three children; a son in 4th grade and two daughters in high school.

It is my pleasure to serve a second term as Secretary for your Amelia Earhart PTO! I have been honored to be part of this school community since 2012. My husband and I have three daughters, two whom have graduated from Earhart and attend La Quinta High and John Glenn Middle, and one currently in second grade at Earhart. I have been volunteering in the classroom, chaperoning school field trips, and helping with other campus clubs and activities since my oldest was in kindergarten. I love being involved and am always looking for ways to make our school better. I believe that the parent/school relationship is vitally important to the success of students and their families, and I look forward to an amazing school year filled with wonderful experiences for our students and staff!

I am really excited to be the treasurer for AEE PTO for the second year. I love volunteering and being a part of my children's education. I have just earned her Associates degree in education and am working towards one day becoming a teacher. I have been volunteering on campus and involved with PTO since 2015. I have 4 children; 3 daughters who are in 2nd and 4th grade at Earhart, a 7th grader at JGMS, and a rambunctious baby boy. I am looking forward to another great year at Amelia Earhart and am excited to continue to work with the parents, students, and staff to promote a sense of community.

I am thrilled to be the fundraising chair for AEE PTO. I am a stay at home mom to two daughters who both attend Amelia Earhart. I have been helping in classrooms since 2012 and went to college to study early childhood education. I love organizing events and I'm so excited to put together fundraisers to help support Earhart Staff and Students.

I have 2 boys, 1 is a second grader at Amelia and one the other is a 4 year old who will be starting preschool. I enjoy knowing what is going on in the school and enjoys helping out anywhere needed. This is my first year in a PTO role and I'm very excited to be a part of it.
